We are always happy to hear from enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals interested in joining our team of session leaders. The role involves leading and supporting sessions for young people who may have autism, ADHD or Social and Emotional difficulties. Sessions are mostly outdoors in all weather conditions, and involve working with our animals, including horses, pigs, goats, rabbits, and guinea pigs, as well as engaging in outdoor activities and sports.
Experience is not always necessary, as full training will be given, but you do need to be able to work flexibly, with initiative and creativity and always with a big smile!
Even if no vacancies are currently available, it's worth dropping us an email so we can keep your details on file and we can then get in touch with you when we are next recruiting.
