“At this point I just want you to know that we as a family and my non-immediate family can not believe the change in X since starting new leaf , it's absolutely incredible and we never saw that coming at all , we want to thank you for what you have done for our child as we were at a point where we were scared of what X would do to himself . Now that fear has definitely subsided a lot .”
"New Leaf has been a lifeline for X, it has given him a reason to get up in the mornings. We have seen such a change in him since he started coming to you and he always looks forward to his sessions. New Leaf has encouraged X to enjoy more, it has encouraged his special interests especially in reading and has been keen to get new books. He looks forward to bringing them in to talk about them with staff and his friend. We are so grateful for everything that NLT does for X, It has saved him."
"If I could take this opportunity to thank you all at New Leaf for what you've done with X over the past two years. We've noticed such a difference in her over the time she's been going - her confidence has just grown beyond what we could have imagined at the time she came to you. I often take X for a walk later in the evening when it's calm - I spend an hour listening to her tell me every single detail about New Leaf and the animals. I don't have to say a word, and it's a joy to listen to. I don't know how we'd have gotten through the past two years without New Leaf. Thank you.”
"This made me really cry! It was wonderful to read, thank you all for caring for X, and supporting him to feel so valued and accepted. As always please pass on our thanks to all the staff and to Phoebe for advocating so well for him, whilst giving him the space he needs to learn some of those important skills.
